Recently, BSP MLAs had met former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav at the SP office. However, he has not officially joined the SP yet. But they are preparing to contest the assembly elections under the flag of SP. Now BJP MLA Rakesh Rathore has increased the stir in the political corridor by meeting SP President Akhilesh Yadav. Rakesh Rathore, MLA from Sadar assembly constituency of Sitapur district, is the first BJP MLA, whose steps have moved towards SP. BJP MLA Rakesh Rathore has described this meeting as a courtesy call. He said that the political situation in the state was discussed during his meeting with SP President Akhilesh Yadav.
Discussions were held about the various incidents happening with backwards and dalits. On the question of taking membership of SP, MLA Rathore said that this issue has not been discussed yet. When the time comes, this issue will also be discussed. It is necessary that Sahu Rathore is ready to sacrifice at every level for the benefit of the society. Said that his identity is from his society. Where the society will get respect, it will remain there. He claimed that like him, many other BJP MLAs are also upset with the way the government is functioning. While being a BJP MLA, he is not able to provide justice to the people of his constituency.
