Teacher’s Day Celebrated In Amethi, Teachers Honored

Gauriganj (Amethi). A function was organized on Sunday to honor the teachers who did better work in the field of education during the Kovid transition period. To celebrate the birth anniversary of the former President as Teacher’s Day, the Department of Secondary Education organized a program in GGIC and the Department of Basic Education in a marriage lawn. Secondary teachers were honored by DIOS and council teachers by BSA with a citation.
The birth anniversary of the great educationist and former President of India Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan was celebrated in the district on Sunday as a teacher’s honor ceremony. In the program, on the instructions of the government, along with those who took the initiative to improve the education system during the Kovid transition period, while excelling at the academic level, selected teachers who have done better work on issues of sports, culture, literary and social importance were honored.
In a program organized by the Department of Secondary Education in GGIC of the city, Amethi MLA Garima Singh honored 19 teachers of Government School, 20 of aided Inter College and 37 teachers of Inter College without finance by giving them robes and citation, while Basic Education Department. In the program organized in Marriage Lawn, 75 teachers identified from different blocks were honored.
In the program, while describing the life of the former President, the teachers took an oath to improve education, appealing to learn. In GGIC, DIOS Jai Karan Lal Verma, Principal Dr. Sangeeta Verma, Rakesh Kashyap and BSA Dr. Arvind Kumar Pathak honored the selected teachers with citations in the program organized at Marriage Lawn.
On this occasion a large number of teachers and departmental employees including DC MDM Arun Kumar Tripathi, Abhinav Pandey, Sanjay Maurya and Manish Mishra were present. The teachers were also invited by organizing a program at the State ITI located in the city.

Amethi. On the birth anniversary of former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a program was organized at GGIC in the city under the leadership of Principal Dr. Phoolkali Gupta. Addressing the program after the speech and essay competition, the Principal said that the teacher is the best guide and the architect of the students.
Shashibala, Ruby Singh, Ruchika Singh, Mamta, Zareen, Anita, Ramnewaz Kashyap were present on this occasion. Principal Dr. Poonam Singh honored all the teachers in Rani Sushma Devi Mahila PG College. In the program, the thoughts of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan ji and the important role of teachers were discussed in detail.
