On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, senior IAS officers nominated by the government have camped in the districts for action on the priorities of the government and for on-site inspection of development works. These officers will return to the headquarters on September 7. Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari has issued detailed guidelines regarding the migration of nodal officers to the districts.

The Chief Secretary informed that senior administrative officers have been nominated as nodal officers for each district. All the officers have reached the allotted districts on Friday itself. They will stay there for four days to review the rescue and relief works to deal with the disaster of dengue, malaria, flood, heavy rains. During this, the cleanliness of the premises and toilets of basic and secondary schools and availability of pure drinking water in schools will also be reviewed.
