Haryana government has geared up to ensure 75 per cent employment for the youth in private sector jobs. Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala along with senior officials of the Labor Department on Thursday drew a blueprint for the implementation of the law. He said that by January 15, companies will have to give the data of the employees currently working at any cost.

Chautala directed the officials of the Labor Department to develop such a simple method so that companies and employees do not face any kind of inconvenience in filling the details on the portal. A review meeting will be held from time to time regarding the implementation of the Employment Act, 2020 for the Haryana State Local Candidates.

Skill Department, Industry Department, Higher Education Department, Technical Education Department together will upgrade ITI, Polytechnic with new technology. With this, industries in the state will be able to get trained skilled youth for employment. He directed the officers to encourage the entrepreneurs to fill the details of their employees by registering on the Haryana Udyam Memorandum Portal by January 15, 2022.

The main objective of the government is to provide employment to more and more youth of the state in government jobs as well as in private industries, companies, trusts, societies etc. He said that it is mandatory for all the companies to register all the employees drawing gross monthly salary or salary up to thirty thousand rupees on the designated portal available on the official website of Labor Department. The government has created a favorable environment for industries in the state.
