According to the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the retail segment subscribed 123 times for LatentView Analytics’ IPO, while the non-institutional segment saw 882 times subscription. Along with this, in the institutional segment, LatentView has achieved 151 times subscription. Under this IPO, 572.18 crore shares have been auctioned, with a total value of Rs 1.12 lakh crore.

Latent View Analytics had fixed a price band of Rs 190-197 per share for the Rs 600 crore IPO. The IPO opened on 10 November and closed on 12 November. New shares worth Rs 474 crore were issued under this IPO, while shares worth Rs 126 crore were sold under Offer for Sale (OFS). It is worth noting that the booking of this IPO was completed within just 45 minutes of the subscription opening.

Before Latent View, Paras Defense had the highest subscription till date. Paras Defense and Space Technology’s IPO was subscribed 304 times. Its shares were listed on October 1.
