Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath sent Rs 1980 crore through DBT system to the accounts of parents of the students of Basic School. With this, parents will be able to buy clothes, shoes, socks and bags. On Saturday, one crore 80 lakh students got its benefit. The remaining 60 lakh students will also be given benefits soon. In this, 1100 rupees are being given to the parents of each student.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that by using DBT technique, the department would get freedom from the allegations of corruption. Now the teachers will have to decide that children come to school with this money with uniforms, shoes-socks and bags-books. Children who do not follow this, contact their parents and work to strengthen the system.

Unable to differentiate between traitor and nationalist with cultureless education: Yogi
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath questioned his education without naming SP President Akhilesh Yadav in the program of Basic Education Department organized at his official residence on Saturday. Said, education without culture and without etiquette cannot differentiate between a traitor and a nationalist. He strongly criticized Akhilesh for taking the names of Sardar Patel and Jinnah together. He said that in the early stages of education, if parents are not able to give proper values ​​to their children, then this kind of problem arises.

He said that general etiquette and cleanliness should also be taught to the students of basic schools. Cultureless education will never be able to differentiate between national love and anti-national. There are more than six lakh teachers, instructors and Shikshamitras in the state. If we take this responsibility then this dream can also become possible.

The Chief Minister said that out of one lakh 60 thousand schools of basic education, one lakh 33 thousand schools have been included under the scheme of adoption of public representatives. In July 2017, one crore 30 lakh children were coming to school. Due to the efforts of the government, their number reached one crore 81 lakh in the beginning of 2020. One and a half lakh teachers have been recruited to improve the education system of the state.
