The Bombay High Court has given relief to Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik in a defamation suit filed by Wankhede’s father Gyandev. Court refuses to restrain Maharashtra minister from tweeting about NCB officer Sameer Wankhede’s family. The court said that it is necessary to balance the fundamental rights of Malik and Gyandev. The Bombay High Court said that Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik should make any remarks against the Wankhede family after due verification of facts. The court also said that Malik’s tweets against Sameer Wankhede were motivated by malice.

A new war broke out on Twitter
For the past few days, the war between Malik and the Wankhede family has started again. In fact, on November 19, when Nawab Malik informed about the press conference against Wankhede, Samir Wankhede’s wife Kranti Redkar took a jibe against him. After this Nawab Malik’s daughter Nilofar also replied to him. On November 20, Kranti Redkar posted the birth certificate and the new birth certificate submitted to the school in 1985, in response to which Nilofar tweeted.

Earlier on Monday, Nawab Malik once again tweeted about Wankhede. He shared a photo and claimed that this photo is of Wankhede’s marriage. He captioned the photo as, ‘Picture of Sameer Dawood Wankhede signing the nikahnama.’ He also shared the photo of Sameer Wankhede’s Nikahnama. In another tweet, Malik wrote, “About confession, confession, confession… Yeh kya kiya tune sameer dawood wankhede.”
