Gauriganj (Amethi). Under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, a village-village camp will now be organized for 15 days to make Ayushman cards of the selected eligible beneficiaries.
Such families of the village will be called in the camp, whose Ayushman card has not yet been made. The list of such beneficiaries has also been pasted on the Panchayat Bhawan of the respective village. Asha Bahu will get ten rupees for bringing one member from home and bringing five members of the family.
In order to provide better treatment facilities to the people of poor families, Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana was launched by the Government of India on 23 September 2018 and Chief Minister Jan Arogya Yojana on 1 March 2019.
In this, according to the social, economic and caste census conducted in the year 2011, one lakh 32 thousand 856 economically backward families were selected as eligible.
To get the benefit of the scheme, it is mandatory to have a golden card of the selected family and members. However, despite all the efforts made by the department, so far only 73 thousand 412 families have got golden cards in the district. Cards of 45 thousand 273 families are yet to be made. To give benefit to every poor, the government has planned to make village-village cards by running a campaign from September 16 to 30.
To make the scheme successful, CMO Dr. Ashutosh Dubey gave information about the preparations by holding a press conference on Wednesday. Said that preparations have been completed by the Health Department. Beneficiaries deprived of Golden Card have been listed. Cards will be made by setting up camps in villages where there are more beneficiaries.
The list of beneficiaries has been provided to the ANM and Asha Bahu along with pasting it at the Panchayat Bhawan and ANM Center of the respective village. Asha and Arogya Mitra will work to bring the beneficiaries included in the list from their homes to the camp. Said that Rs 5 crore seven lakh has been paid while treating 5,528 beneficiaries of the district.
CMO Dr. Ashutosh Dubey told that at the time of making card in the camp, the beneficiary will have to give mobile number along with ration card, Aadhar card. Told that many doctors have been nominated for monitoring to make the campaign successful. Despite this, action will be taken against the concerned if the negligence is exposed.
