Summary

Admissions from colleges started getting canceled as soon as BMS admissions started. Admissions for B.Com and B.Com Honors have been canceled in many colleges. In this way, there will be a possibility of admission in these courses in the fifth cut-off.

As soon as the admissions of BMS, BBE and BBA in Delhi University started, admissions for BCom and BCom Honors courses have started getting canceled in colleges. The admissions which were canceled in many colleges in the fourth cut-off, more admissions were canceled from B.Com itself. In this way, there will be a possibility of admission in these courses in the fifth cut-off. The admissions for the fourth cut off started on Monday, in this cut off students are getting only two days for admission. Now students can take admission till Tuesday and pay the fees till November 6.

The admissions for the fourth cut off started in the colleges on Monday. On the first day, where the students took admission, the admission was also canceled. B.Com admissions were canceled more in many colleges. It is noteworthy that the admission for entrance exam based courses BMS, BBE, and BBA has started from October 31. After which now more admissions have started getting canceled than other courses.

Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi, admission coordinator of Aryabhatta College said that on the first day of the fourth cut-off, a total of 120 applications were accepted, out of which 59 admissions were approved. While 23 students confirmed the admission by paying the fees. Most of the admissions took place in Hindi with nine and in Economics four. Whereas in other courses one to two admissions took place. As far as cancellation of admission is concerned, maximum 12 admissions were canceled from B.Com Honors, while 8-8 admissions were canceled from B.Com and Economics. 7 from Computer Science, 5 from Mathematics, 4 from Psychology got cancelled.

Sri Aurobindo College Principal Dr. Vipin Agrawal said that on the first day of the fourth cut off, 250 applications were made to him, out of which 80-90 admissions were approved. He said that around 15 admissions were canceled till 4 pm. Out of which six admissions were done from B.Com. On the other hand, admission in NCweb also started on Monday. On the first day, the pace of admission was fast at 26 college centers of NCWeb.
